Students who arrive later than 10 minutes prior to class scheduled will be considered to have missed class, and will be charged for the class. If you can't make it to the scheduled class, you must notify us in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled class in order to rearrange the date.
If you DON'T APPEAR for the class, you are not entitled to a make -up class. If you notify us of the cancellation 24 hours prior to the class, TutorTurn will assist you in rescheduling.
To ensure quality, TutorTurn maintains digital records of the class, which remain the property of TutorTurn and may be used for purposes of improving the course, quality of teaching, class experience, etc.
The TutorTurn team will arrange make-up class if a technical issue is experienced during or before the scheduled class hours.
Students who have paid only the current month's fees will not be entitled to a refund. However, the student will be able to utilize the classes until the end of the month.
In cases where a student has paid an advance payment for 3 month or more, the student can get a refund, provided he/she informs the authorised personnel via email if the student wishes to discontinue the classes.
Refund will be given only for the remaining months starting from the 1st of the consequent month.
If you paid tuition fee in advance, the initial months covered tuition fees in line with our pricing chart, and discounted tuition fees only apply to the last months.
